Creating a Sustainable Healthcare System Using Healthcare Analytics

Dear Participant,
You are invited to participate in a research study entitled Creating a Sustainable Healthcare System Using Healthcare Analytics. This study is conducted by a group of students enrolled in the MBBS program at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Mt.Hope, and are in the process of doing a Public Health research project. The purpose of the survey is to solicit doctors’ opinions on the following:-
1) The current status of T&T’s healthcare system
2) Whether or not the application of healthcare analytics may be beneficial in gearing the healthcare system towards sustainability
3) The potential benefits of a sustainable healthcare system.Your participation in this research project is completely voluntary. You may decline altogether, or leave blank any questions you don’t wish to answer. There are no known risks to participation beyond those encountered in everyday life. Your responses will remain confidential and anonymous. Data from this research will be kept under lock and key and reported only as a collective combined total.
No one other than the researchers will know your individual answers to this questionnaire.If you agree to participate in this project, please answer the questions on the questionnaire as best you can. It should take approximately ten (10) minutes to complete.
