- In case of any unforeseen close of dates, the Hotel will communicate to the T&TMA.

- Cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival.
- Failure to cancel within the specific time frame will result in a penalty of one (1) night’s room charge and taxes, unless otherwise stated to the individual making the booking, and not to MEDICAL ASSOCIATION OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO
- Early check-ins from 8:00am to 12:00 noon: TT $500 inclusive of taxes based on availability
- Late checkouts are based on availability on the day of departure and subject to the following charges:
- Late check-out from 12 noon to 3:00pm: TT $244, inclusive of taxes, based on availability.
- Late check-out up to 6:00pm: TT $488 inclusive of taxes, based on availability.
- Late check-out after 6:00pm: 1 room-night charge applied.
Meal Plan:
- Dinner – MAP (Modified American Plan) adds TT $300.00 per person per night, inclusive of taxes.

– Robinson Crusoe
– Salaka Restaurant - Children under 4 eat free, 5 -12 years receive 50% on MAP meal plans.
