Obstetrician / Gynecologist Employment Opportunity

Hughes Medical Centre in Anguilla is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join our team. As an Ob/Gyn at Hughes Medical, you will play a crucial role in improving the health and well-being of our patients with female reproductive health issues.

Duties and responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, manage and treat patients with obstetrical and gynecological issues.
❖ Perform annual and regular examinations on patients to diagnose various gynecological conditions
❖ Advise patients on suitable birth control options
❖ Work with expecting mothers to explain the childbirth process
❖ Monitor the health of expectant mother and fetus during pregnancy
❖ Provide post-partum care for new mothers
❖ Perform various diagnostic tests on patients
❖ Explain test results, diagnoses, and treatment options to patients
❖ Perform surgeries and gynecological procedures on patients

Requirements for the Ideal candidate includes:
• Doctor of medicine (MD), board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Medical license to practice in Anguilla (obtained through application process)
• Demonstrated excellence in Ob/Gyn through professional experience and/or references.
• Effective communication skills
• Empathetic and compassionate
